AL Hamele has been involved in real estate and real estate development since the 1950's ans is
President of Hamele Family Investments, LLC. Al and his partners have bought an sold real estate in several
states and has been a lifelomg resident of Portage, WI. Since the early 1970's Hamele has also a local consulting
engineering firm called Al Hamele & Associates. Mr. Hamele studied Architectural Engineering at Kansas State
University and uses this education in finding, operating and managing investment properties and businesses. Al
brings over 50+ years of experience in real estate development and property management.

Scott Hamele has owned, maintained and managed residential and commercial properties
since 1991. As a youth Scott was involved in his families real estate investment business in Portage, WI.
Scott is Vice President of Hamele Family Investments, LLC. Hamele studied Engineering at the University of Kansas
and uses his education in the refurbishing and remodeling of multi-family and single family housing as well as commercial
properties. Scott also owned his own commercial construction company in 1990's and currently is President of Construction DesignWorks, LLC a residential and commercial general contractor loacated in Kansas City. Hamele has been honored with countless awards
including "Associated Builders & Contractors" award for Tenant Finish Construction Projects and "The
Presidents Awards" from the Shawnee Rotary Club. Scott was also appointed by the County Commissioners
to be a founding member of the Johnson County Kansas Contractors Licensing Review Board. Hamele brings
over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction, remodeling and property management.
